Work History
While I was a student at the Univeristy of Washington Tacoma, I was a Student Assistant working at the Milgard School of Business Centers of Excellence for the Center for Leadership & Social Responsibility (CLSR).
A center that creates and promotes opportunities for students and community members to learn about leadership and social responsibility.
As the Student Assistant, I managed the Center’s social media channels to amplify its mission of fostering ethical, inclusive, and community-oriented leadership. Through strategic planning, content creation, and analytics, I cultivated a strong online presence that strengthened the engagement with CLSR programs.

Using data from Meta Business Suite, here is my impact on the CLSR’s Instagram for the the first year I started utlizing the media channel during January 2024 to May 2024.
I was able to reach 453 accounts by organically posting content aligned with the CLSR brand.
Increasing their reach by 4.0K% since October 2023 showing the importance of strategic content.
Using data from Meta Business Suite, here is my impact on the CLSR’s Instagram for the academic year, August 2024 to May 2025.
Establishing a stronger digital presence and target audience engagement rate by 5.53%.
On average, getting 253 views per post.
